TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last updated: 11.09.26
1. About us

Adam Customs is operated by:
Legal business name: LM.CUSTOMZ
Trading name: LM.CUSTOMZ
Registered/business address: The Old Vicarage Cheadle Road, Draycott, Stoke-On-Trent, England, ST11 9RQ
Email address: lm.customz26@gmail.com

Website: lmcustomz.com
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Adam Customs. “You” and “your” refer to the customer.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By placing an order with us, you confirm that:
-
You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
-
The information you provide is complete and accurate.
-
You are legally able to enter into a contract.
-
You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
If you are under 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before placing an order.
3. Our products
LM.CUSTOMZ sells customized G-SHOCKS.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the screen used to view them.
Custom products are assembled by hand. Minor variations in colour, alignment, finish or appearance may occur and will not automatically be considered faults where they do not materially affect the product’s appearance or operation.
Product dimensions, weights and measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Custom and made-to-order products
A product is considered customised or made-to-order where it is created, altered or assembled according to choices made by the customer. This may include the selection of a case, strap, dial, hands, markers, colours, engraving or other personalised features.
It is your responsibility to check all customisation choices before submitting your order. Once we have started sourcing parts, assembling or customising the product, changes may not be possible.
If we agree to a requested change after work has started, you may be required to pay any additional costs and accept a revised completion date.
Please note that the statutory right to change your mind may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights.
5. G-Shock and third-party trademarks
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Adam Customs is an independent customisation business and is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by Casio Computer Co., Ltd., G-SHOCK or any other third-party brand.
Names and trademarks belonging to third parties are used only to identify compatible products or original components. All relevant trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Where a genuine branded watch or component has been modified using aftermarket parts, this will be explained in the relevant product description.
Customisation may invalidate or affect any original manufacturer’s warranty. Unless expressly stated otherwise, manufacturer warranties do not cover modifications or aftermarket components fitted by Adam Customs.
6. Water resistance
Due to watches being opened, dismantled, rebuilt or fitted with customised and aftermarket components, we do not guarantee or claim water resistance for any customised watch.
Customised watches should be treated as splash-resistant only. They must not be submerged in water or worn while swimming, showering, bathing or participating in water-based activities.
Customers should avoid exposing customised watches to heavy rain, steam, high humidity, chemicals or pressurised water.
Water or moisture damage is not covered by our voluntary warranty where it results from submersion, misuse or exposure contrary to these instructions. This clause does not exclude any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. An automated order confirmation only confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A binding contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted or when we begin preparing the order, whichever occurs first.
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if:
-
The product or required components are unavailable.
-
The price or description contained an obvious error.
-
We cannot authorise or verify payment.
-
We suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.
-
We cannot deliver to the supplied address.
-
The requested customisation is not reasonably possible.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
8. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before the order is completed.
We accept payment through card payments.
Payment must be received in full before we begin work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
If we offer deposits or payment plans, the applicable conditions will be provided before the customer commits to the purchase.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
9. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to expiry dates, minimum spending requirements and product exclusions.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless we expressly state otherwise.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not affect orders already accepted unless there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.
10. Production times
Custom and made-to-order products normally require approximately 1 month to complete before dispatch.
Production times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree to a fixed date in writing. Delays may occur because of component availability, supplier delays, quality-control issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you and explain the available options.
11. Delivery
We currently deliver to internationally.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times and charges differ between location.
Unless a different period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by you.
Risk of loss or damage normally passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person identified by you. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full.
If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible at lm.customz26@gmail.com so that we can investigate.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges unless we state otherwise. International delivery may also be subject to customs delays.
12. Your right to cancel
Standard, non-personalised products
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will normally have the right to cancel an order for a standard, non-personalised product within 14 days after the day on which you receive it, without giving a reason.
To cancel, you must send a clear statement to lm.customz26@gmail.com before the cancellation period expires.
After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days to:
The Old Vicarage Cheadle Road, Draycott, Stoke-On-Trent, England, ST11 9RQ
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service because the product remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Customised and personalised products
The right to change your mind does not normally apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
This may apply once work has begun on a watch made according to your selected configuration. We will tell you where an order is treated as personalised or made to your specifications.
This exception does not remove your legal rights where a product is faulty, not as described or does not conform to the contract.
Cancelling before customisation begins
If you contact us before we begin sourcing, assembling or customising your order, we may allow cancellation and issue a refund.
13. Returns and refunds
Please contact us at lm.customz26@gmail.com before returning a product. Include your name, order number, reason for return and photographs where the product is damaged, incorrect or faulty.
Eligible returned products should include all supplied parts, packaging and accessories.
For valid change-of-mind cancellations, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any additional amount paid for premium or express delivery may not be refunded.
We may reduce a change-of-mind refund where handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop has reduced the product’s value.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Your return cannot be refused merely because the original packaging has been opened. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by unnecessary handling or damage.
14. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their stated purpose and as described.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at lm.customz26@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs or videos of the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we may provide a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Voluntary Warranty
The Casio warranty is void due to the G-SHOCKS being customized.
16. Customer-supplied watches and components
We do not offer customers to send us there own components.
17. Product care
Customers must follow all care instructions supplied with the product.
Custom watches should be kept away from water, steam, chemicals, perfume, cleaning agents, extreme temperatures and heavy impacts.
Failure to follow the supplied care instructions may cause damage and may affect the remedies available under our voluntary warranty. It does not remove statutory rights relating to faults that existed when the product was supplied.
18. Repairs
We do not offer repairs on customers pre-owned watches.
19. Gift cards and store credit
We do not offer gift cards or store credit.
20. Limitation of liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and liability arising from statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Products sold to consumers are intended for private use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill, where a consumer uses a product for commercial purposes.
21. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, supplier failures, strikes, natural disasters, government action or interruption to communications systems.
If such an event significantly affects your order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay. Where required by law, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund for products not supplied.
22. Website use
You must not:
-
Use our website unlawfully or fraudulently.
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
-
Upload malicious software or harmful material.
-
Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission.
-
Place false, fraudulent or abusive orders.
We may restrict access or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the website or our services are being misused.
23. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content created by Adam Customs—including photographs, graphics, wording, designs and branding—is owned by or licensed to us.
You may view and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks and original product branding remain the property of their respective owners.
24. Personal information
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [INSERT PRIVACY-POLICY LINK].
25. Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us using:
Email: lm.customz26@gmail.com
Postal address: The Old Vicarage Cheadle Road, Draycott, Stoke-On-Trent, England, ST11 9RQ
Please include your name, order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and provide a full response within 2 working days.
26. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products or legal obligations.
The Terms applying to your purchase will normally be those in force when your order was placed. The current version will be published on our website with its last-updated date.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
28. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
29. Third-party rights
No person other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms, except where the law provides otherwise.
30. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you live.
